We accept most insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. We're happy to call your insurance company to verify your benefits and then explain them to you. Of course, the benefits quoted to us are only an estimation of benefits, NOT a guarantee of payment. Benefits are subject to change and claims are subject to all plan provisions and guidelines at the time of service. In addition, in some cases, insurance companies will use the explanation "not medically necessary" as a reason for not fully paying for your care under your insurance benefits. Therefore, it is your responsibility to follow up with your insurance company if this situation occurs. We are responsible for filing your insurance claim. You will be responsible for anything that your insurance does not cover, such as co-payments, coinsurance, deductibles, or anything that your insurance company determines is not medically necessary. We accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard for your payments.
